Meet the DVSBF Team
Board of Directors:
Katherine Sierra-Kelly currently works at Gravis Law as a Managing Attorney in the Richland, WA office. Her practice focuses on Family Law. She has three boys who keep her busy along with her husband, Kevin. Katherine has a passion for helping others and providing a voice to those who are unable to speak for themselves. As a woman impacted by Domestic Violence prior she is committed to ensuring the cycle of violence is broken and that individuals are able to work toward healthy and happy relationships. She is a graduate of Upper Columbia Academy, and Walla Walla University where she graduated cum laude in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She spent a year with Americorp where she helped needy families in Seattle before attending Seattle University’s School of Law where she graduated in 2007 with her Juris Doctorate. Katherine is a Benton Franklin County Bar Trustee , a member of the Benton Franklin Legal Aid Board, and a board member of the Collaborative Professionals of Washington.

Tracey Taylor is the Vice President of Retail in Central
Washington at Numerica Credit Union. Tracey oversees the eight branches in the Tri-Cities and Wenatchee Valley regions helping to ensure member well-being. She has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to Numerica, Tracey’s experience included wealth management/private banking, branch management and corporate training. She graduated with a degree in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University. In addition to serving on the board of directors for the Domestic Violence Services of Benton and Franklin Counties, Tracey is very involved in her community volunteering her time and talent with Junior Achievement, Powerful Connections Group, and with the Tri-Cities
Regional Chamber of Commerce.
