  will be held 6:30 pm\, Thursday\, Oct. 3rd\, 2019 at John Dam Plaza\, 8
 15 George Washington Way\, Richland\, WA 99352.\n\nFriends and family memb
 ers are welcome to come at 6:00 pm to memorialize and decorate the silhoue
 ttes of their loved ones.\n\nMusic and blessing of the Dia de Los Muertos 
 altar at 6:30 pm.\n\nEach year DVSBF hosts a vigil to raise awareness and 
 honor survivors in our community.  This year the event will feature 40 li
 fe-size silhouettes representing the 45 victims killed as a result of dome
 stic violence in our community since 1998.\n\nSince 1998\, 31 women\, 9 me
 n\, and 6 children have been murdered as a result of domestic violence in
