DESCRIPTION:Cell Phone Drive\nApril is Earth Month\, but you can save the e
 arth every day and provide safety and peace of mind to isolated victims o
 f domestic violence by donating your used cell phone!\n\nThe donated phone
 s are used as emergency 911 phones by victims (or recycled).  All donated
  phones are confidentially and securely cleared of personal information an
 d only need to contain the phone and battery. Proceeds from the recycled c
 ell phones will go to support victim service programs.\n\nYou can drop off
  your used cell phones year-round at any of the following locations:\n\n 	
 Any Mid-Columbia Library\n 	Any Local Police Departments – Pasco\, Ri
 chland\, Kennewick\, West Richland\n 	Any Yoke’s Fresh Markets\n 	New
  Beginnings Thrift Shop (1016 Lee Blvd.\, Richland)\n 	Domestic Violence S
 ervices (3311 W. Clearwater Ave.\, Suite C-140\, Kennewick)\n\nDVSBF  kic
 ks off its annual community-wide campaign every April 1st to collect used
