7th Annual DVS “Break the Silence and Stop the Violence” Golf Tournament

Friday, September 7, 2012 at Canyon Lakes Golf Course
Scrambler Format – Two fields! Shot-Gun Start – 8:00am or 1:30pm
Entry Fee – $150 per Player – $600 per Team — Includes Meal, Dessert, Green Fees & Golf Cart.
