DVSBF Emergency Shelter

DVSBF provides emergency shelter to victims who are fleeing a domestic violence relationship with an intimate partner. The shelter is a large house in a residential area with 7 bedrooms and up to 20+ people can be at the shelter at any one time.

Services and operations of agencies contracted by DSHS to provide domestic violence emergency shelter are regulated by WAC 388-61A, which provides minimum standards for these contractors.

All DVSBF services are free of charge and confidential.

DVSBF provides services to any victim of domestic violence regardless of immigration status, race, color, religion, disability, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, ethnicity, income, veteran status or any other basis prohibited by law.
